Victor Gascón, a cyber-security engineer with 40 years experience in most aspects of IT, thinks we have some under-utilized weapons in our defensive arsenal. He refers to them as “The Three Cyber-Security Shields.”
Victor Gascón is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology and is currently contracting as a cyber-security engineer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of SC. He spent 20 years in various aspects of IT at SCANA Corp., now part of Dominion Energy. His focus for the last 10 years has been cyber security; his current sphere of influence includes compliance and data analysis.
