SCGMIS hosts a series of three of high-quality, topic specific workshops throughout the year in Columbia, as well as its annual Leadership Summit in historic Charleston, S.C. 

SCGMIS events are designed to not only educate and inform, but also to provide unique networking opportunities to those in attendance. As an added bonus, Project Management Professionals attending SCGMIS events can receive PDUs for attending, including a total of 6 PDUs for SCGMIS workshops.

Leadership Summit

The Leadership Summit, co-sponsored by SCGMIS and PMI-Charleston, is held annually each spring at the Francis Marion Hotel located in the heart of Charleston's historic district.

Consisting of three days of informative – and entertaining – sessions, the Leadership Summit offers participants a truly unique opportunity to network with peers from across the state while enjoying the best of Charleston's scenic beauty and famous hospitality.

SCGMIS Workshops

SCGMIS is pleased to be able to offer its members three FREE workshops each year! Each workshop, held at the Saluda Shoals River Center in Columbia, S.C., consists of a full-days agenda filled with outstanding presentations from a wide variety industry experts, all designed to deliver education and training to our members without the hype.
